You identified many properties that met our criteria and were patient with us as we looked at many lots. We put our miles in. You had also done your homework (lot information) prior to our site visits, which answered many of our questions. His quick response grouping available properties by water access and price was very helpful in determining what it would take for us to make a decision. We were able to start the shopping while in Florida and he scheduled all appointments for our shopping visit.

Within two days we found what we were looking for and had a contract in place. But his services did not stop there.
